Performance and Characteristics

Material bearing station

1. For the bearing roller of PVC and hard Al composite film, an operator can finish changing the material within two minutes.

2. Photo-electric control for the hard Al composite film and its contraction & release.

Forming station 

Al-Plastic:

1. It adopts upper and lower heating plates to pre-heat the plastic film. The binding post is set outside the heating area, so that the temperature distribution on the heating surface is uniform with less difference.

2. With positive pressure, the formed blister is stiff and smooth.

The forming mould for Al-Plastic is fixed by follower bolt, which can be pulled out horizontally, easy to change the mould.

Sealing station

1. It has been installed with pressurizing cylinder to reduce wear of transmission parts and increase machine service life.

2. While the machine stopping, the sealing cylinder will lift up to avoid medicine damaging.

Batch no. station

It can be equipped with different types of coding devices according to customer’s requirement. The standard type is withdrawable and printing with hard pressure, printing clearly and changing easily.

Drawing station

It adopts servo motor for drawing and the brand of servo system is Germany Siemens. While adjusting the stroke, only need input digit on the touch screen, which is more precise and time-saving. It also can link with PLC to realize cursor tracking.

Defective product detection (optional)

Mechanical detection: recognize the medicine lack (capsule, tablet etc.) automatically through and reject these defective products. It can’t detect the liquid, watery & soft medicine or powder kind medicine.

Visual inspection: recognize the medicine lack and broken blister automatically through image recognition principle, and 100% reject these waste products, which also can be connected with display to add the video monitor function.

Cutting station

It has the pushing plate on the cutting mould, which can avoid the finished products remaining in the mould cavity to squeeze with each other, resulting in the products damaged and wasted.

Drive and Control

PLC control

1. This machine has secondary password: the level I password is controlled by the operator while the level II by engineer.

2. Test the function of each sensor automatically.

3. Accumulative calculation for working time. (no need to reset manually)

4. Sense and display the temperature of each heating area.

5. It has one touch screen panel to control operation.
